Mini High School Reunion

I should have blogged about this way back last week, but 2009 started out sluggish for me, maybe because of the cold weather hehe. Anyway, third day of ‘09, my friends and I cooked up an impromptu reunion at one of our friend’s house. Because it was a long holiday, we sent text messages and called people up to see if they were still in the province and asked them if they could come for a small get-together. Everyone was asked to bring food and/or drinks good for five to 10 people.

At first we didn’t think many would come (we were expecting only about less than 10 based on the responses we got and because almost everybody was late), but 17 out of 155 is a good enough number for something unplanned like this one. Food was abundant and we still had plenty in case more people had shown up. It’s been 10 years since we’ve graduated from high school, and it’s high time we planned our grand reunion.
